1. Our 120-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you purchased your Kodak Digital Frame directly from KodakDigitals.com, you are covered by our 120-Day Happiness Guarantee from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the frame for a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return under the Happiness Guarantee:

The item must have been purchased directly from KodakDigitals.com.

The return must be initiated within 120 days of the delivery date.

You must present a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

The frame must be returned in its original condition – unused, with all original accessories, packaging, and protective films included.
3. How to Initiate a Return (For KodakDigitals.com Purchases)
Please follow these steps for a smooth return process:
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team First
Before starting a return, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care team. Often, we can help troubleshoot and resolve any issues immediately, saving you time and hassle.
Step 2: Use Our Online Return Portal
If a return is necessary, please:

Select the item you wish to return and state your reason.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Once your return request is approved:

You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email and detailed instructions.

Securely pack the frame, all accessories, and manuals in the original packaging.

Attach the label and drop the package at the designated carrier location.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
4. Purchases from Other Retailers

Official Kodak Amazon Store: Returns for frames purchased on Amazon are handled through the Amazon Returns Center within their standard 30-day return window. Please log into your Amazon account to initiate the process. Kodak Digitals cannot process refunds for Amazon orders.

Other Retailers (Costco, Best Buy, etc.): Frames purchased from any other retailer must be returned in accordance with that specific retailer’s return policy. Please contact your place of purchase directly for assistance.
5. Warranty & Defective Products
Our Happiness Guarantee is separate from our manufacturer’s warranty. If your frame is defective or malfunctions, it may be covered under our One-Year Limited Warranty. Please contact our support team for troubleshooting and potential replacement, even if the 120-day period has passed.
6. Exchanges, Cancellations & Gifts

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different model, please return the original frame for a refund under the Happiness Guarantee, then place a new order on our website.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel a recently placed order before it ships by visiting your account page or contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return process.

Gift Returns: If you received the frame as a gift, you will need the original order number to process a return. The refund, if applicable, will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
7. Non-Returnable Items & Situations

Frames damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.

Frames not purchased from KodakDigitals.com (as outlined in Section 4).

Returns initiated after 120 days from delivery (may be covered under warranty if defective).

Items returned without all original components, packaging, or accessories.
