Free ground shipping are available for all digital picture frame products within the continental United States and  parts of countries in Europe.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories is available with potential for slightly longer delivery times compared to the continental U.S.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard: 3-5 business days after shipment.
Express: 2-3 business days after shipment.

Tracking
After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will update your order tracking number so you can track the arrival of your goods. Please note that tracking information may be available after midnight on the day your order shipped. (Tracking information for some products will be available after the start of a specified shipping period.)

If your order is returned due to an incorrect, insufficient, or undeliverable address, or if the package is refused or abandoned, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during shipping.

In-stock items typically ship on the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please ensure your billing information is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Orders with different shipping and billing addresses may require additional verification, potentially delaying shipment.
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated based on your order total and the selected shipping method. These options will be clearly displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
